Like many bookworms, my love of new books far outstrips the time I have available to read!
Physical TBRs rapidly grow out of control despite my best intentions.
And my Netgalley shelf is just the same!
November’s Netgalley challenge is the perfect opportunity to clear some of the backlog, especially those that are gathering dust on my virtual shelf.
At the start of November, I have 43 books on my Netgalley shelf. This is the highest it has ever been! In my very flimsy defence, I have been approved for a couple that I never thought I would get and took a chance on requesting. I also have a couple that I have actually finished reading but haven’t reviewed. This month gives me the chance to catch up!

I would love to clear half of the books on my shelf, but 15 is probably a more reasonable target.
Yesterday’s blog tour for Murder in a French Village by Merryn Allingham gets me off to a good start.

As part of the challenge, over on Instagram Neverending Netgalley have put together a bingo challenge.

Here are my choices for the bingo card:
Newest Approval: A Death in Diamonds by S. J. Bennett
Published this Year: Christmas at the Snow Covered Inn by Lucy Coleman
New to you Author: Unladylike Lessons in Love by Amita Murray
Most Anticipated: Murder on Lake Garda by Tom Hindle
Buddy Read: Before We Were Innocent by Ella Berman
Green Cover: Prom Queen by Laura Wolfe
Title beginning with N: No Life for a Lady by Hannah Dolby
One you have been putting off: Discarded by M. A. Hunter
Oldest Approval: The Woman in the Mirror by Rebecca James

Looking forward to clearing the shelves and seeing how many I can tick off this month.
Good luck if you are taking part!
